From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and comfortable! They had a personalized welcome board at the entrance with our son’s name which was very sweet. The arcade room was a big hit with kids while waiting to be called back. The staff was wonderful and listened to every concern we had without making us feel rushed. We had a great experience!
