Congratulations to Dr James Diethelm on his retirement. May he be blessed in the future as I was in the past as his patient
Scheduling a sick appointment with this office is always an issue. Every time you call when you need a sick appointment they NEVER have any left even when calling first thing in the morning. The staffs answer every time is go to an urgent care. They don't have to pay the outrageous copay for urgent care.
Dr. Diethelm is thorough and listens to everything you say and ask. I have never felt rushed and he spends ample time during your visit. I have recommended him to several friends and they are also quite happy.
Just moved here and he had no records yet. He & his staff were very welcoming & very professional. Being in the medical field myself, it was quite a refreshment. Often medical offices treat you differently if you come from the medical profession & present with a certain ‘air’ about them. Dr. Diethelm was excellent! Very caring!
