The installation experience was a nightmare. I paid over $17,000 for 22,000 sf of sod. The job foreman wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible and would not do what I wanted. -They ran over and broke my well pump and I had to call my landscape contractor to fix it. -There were at least 8 extra pallets of sod and I was told I could not return them. Excellent job
Had massive Bermuda grass intrusion. Contacted Dieters to kill off the Bermuda (no small feat) and replace entire yard with Zoysia. A year later, the lawn looks amazing. Very happy with the results.
