After my mother passed away, ( God rest her soul) I requested records from Dr. Bruckschwaiger whom she had seen for over 40 years. Instead of a word of condolences for a long-term patient, I was told by the receptionist that I had to pay a fee to have her records mailed. To show zero empathy or compassion for a patient of four decades upon their passing is incredibly disappointing. It speaks volumes about the priorities of this practice!
