Even if you are the first appt of the day, expect to wait no less than 30 minutes It is ONLY covered, if you have paid enough out-of-pocket to reach deductible The lobby desk person, really sees you as interrupting her day They have been there for years, but are inconsistent on process, asked for medical paperwork, never asked for. I had to inquire with Medical Practitioner if they wanted. Plus sell procedures and their protein shake
I have been on the program twice. Lost about 40 lbs. overall but came to a point where I was stalled and not losing much anymore. The NP I had been seeing most of the time was not too encouraging anymore but rather more critical every time I went. Got discouraged and canceled my appts. Probably won't go back.
Ibwas referred here saying that they were nutritionists because I wanted to figure out a way to eat healthier that's is within my limitations with food I go in and it seemed legit they did medical tests then they say as I do this breathing test they are going to "play a video about the program to help things go faster" after which I explain to first nice lady that this is not what I was expecting but I'm open to hearing about it they put me in a room with a NP and when I tell them that a weight loss program (which in the vid... read more
I had my first appointment and working through my first week. Raylan was great working with me on my blood pressure, my metabolism testing , & labwork. Maria was very informative and made suggestions. I am 55 years old with Rheumatoid Arthritis & Hypertesion that was a gift from Covid 3 years ago. I love the structure of the meal plans, now they do say to try to stick to close of the meal plan, & you can switch meals.
