Great fresh healthy food! – WOW! We started on Bistro MD, which tastes good, but it is frozen & very expensive to ship! We switched to Diet Gourmet & are thrilled with it! Less expensive, fresh, great Customer Service in Dallas office. I pick up for myself & spouse at a local store & it's just a $7.50 service fee. Quite reasonable to me & saves me gas as well as avoids expensive shipping costs.

I was skeptical but the food is quite delicious – I consider myself a foodie. I'm picky about freshness, quality, whole food ingredients, and of course taste. I was extremely skeptical of the concept, but I was really bored with the food rut I had gotten in, so I decided to give Diet Gourmet a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. The food is really good.
