After 8 years of 12 valve vibrations, the quick connect fitting on my injection pump started to leak slightly. Called airdog looking for a replacement fitting. James in parts went out of his way to help me get what I needed. Great customer service
I've gone through two original AirDogs and now an AirDog 2 that has less than 5k miles on it. All installed professionally. The first two originals had mechanical failures. The AirDog 2 had an electrical AND mechanical failure. Absolute garbage products. It's almost like the AirDogs are designed to fail so you have to replace them.
Purchased an Airdog 4G 165 for my 06 LBZ Duramax after experiencing low fuel pressure issues towing 14k+ lbs in the mountains of NC. Pump appears quality, is very quiet not heard in the cab and the extra filtration can't hurt. Haven't had pump long enough to review but had my first experience with Customer Service and it deserves comment. The wrong mounting plate was shipped with my pump so I called Airdog (DieselRX) and spoke with a Tech.
