You get better customer service at Walmart or the Dollar store. The second-rate customer service with Diesel via phone or email really taints the allure of this brand. Via phone I got the rep Joyce who is just reading scripted answers with poor cellphone service and just hangs up on you and via email you get robotic copy/paste replies.
