TL;DR good price, Flash tunes only, poor communication. Asked for a Tune, service and transmission service for my '17 VW amarok 4cyl. Tune is an ECU reflash (other reviews can confirm) and that means theres no "before and after" style dyno sheet. Thankfully its not really a huge problem as it's immediately noticable that the turbos spool faster and the boost has likely been increased. this results in all the "higher boost" things expected from a tune. Great business! Got a tune that gives my Isuzu more usable power and the transmission isn’t as sloppy. BUT HERES THE BEST THING. Isuzu did a recall for my vehicle to do an ECM upgrade this unfortunately wipes out the tune. This is unavoidable. Paul at Diesel Tune Adelaide put the tune back for free! It’s as good as it was before Isuzu recalled it. Old fashioned great customer service. Great product. Can’t recommend it highly enough
Easiest guys to deal with. Had them fit an aftermarket exhaust and remap my 2018 SR5 Hilux. The exhaust hangers didn't line up, but these guys just got it sorted and got the job done without any stress and kept me in the loop. With their remap, the car feels like a completely new animal! SOOO much more torque and driving up the freeway daily now is effortless. Tows like a dream. Not to mention the 2L/100km fuel saving (if i dont change my driving habits), 10.5L down from 12.6. These guys do a Remap not a Dyno tune unique to your vehicle , if you have any underlying issues with your vehicle their tuning technique will not pick them up. If you have a tune and have any issues you will find they are not interested in resolving and not as helpful as when you were booking your vehicle in , they also do not develop their own remaps.
