Jessica and her shop are absolutely amazing. They have integrity and respect for others property. They took our nightmare Ecodiesel that we just purchased and worked with the dealership to get us a new engine. What took another shop 6 months took them a week to complete. The longest wait we had was for parts and approval from the warranty company. The diesel vehicle repair technology here is terrible. My diesel car was repaired here four or five times, and thousands of dollars were spent without fixing the problem. The car would be repaired and driven away, but the fault light would come back on after only half a day. Moreover, the more they tried to fix it, the more problems the car developed. The dealership i bought my truck at were incompetent in how to fix my truck!! So they sent it to diesel truck and fleet repair and jessica was more then willing to help get it fixed!!!
I called and asked when my truck could be looked at. I was told on Thursday 9/18. Thursday afternoon I called and was told they would check and let me know how things were going. They called back and it hadn't been looked at yet. Friday they looked at it and eventually got the truck back to me the following Thursday 9/23. communication is horrible, last repair cost me a lot of money on things that were not the problem, I sent it in because I had a vibration they did a bunch of work and sent it home said it had a vibration and were not sure if it was normal. turns out they did not reassemble the driveliine correctly and that is the problem. also did not seat the retaining clip on the 1 ujoint replaced and it fell outI am not going back
