Jessica and her shop are absolutely amazing. They have integrity and respect for others property. They took our nightmare Ecodiesel that we just purchased and worked with the dealership to get us a new engine. What took another shop 6 months took them a week to complete. The longest wait we had was for parts and approval from the warranty company. The diesel vehicle repair technology here is terrible. My diesel car was repaired here four or five times, and thousands of dollars were spent without fixing the problem. The car would be repaired and driven away, but the fault light would come back on after only half a day. ​​Moreover, the more they tried to fix it, the more problems the car developed. I had a clunking in my Chev 6500 and stopped by the new Canby location to see if it was something they did as its hard to find a shop for this size truck and the dealership isn't the easiest either. The mechanic said he could get me in to inspect and they were very friendly and professional with a very thorough inspection. I appreciated the honesty and not trying to sell me everything in the book. I will definitely be using these guys in the future.

The dealership i bought my truck at were incompetent in how to fix my truck!! So they sent it to diesel truck and fleet repair and jessica was more then willing to help get it fixed!!!

communication is horrible, last repair cost me a lot of money on things that were not the problem, I sent it in because I had a vibration they did a bunch of work and sent it home said it had a vibration and were not sure if it was normal. turns out they did not reassemble the driveliine correctly and that is the problem. also did not seat the retaining clip on the 1 ujoint replaced and it fell outI am not going back
