Took my Cummins in for some electrical troubleshooting, and for them to give the truck a thorough inspection to tell me what repairs it may need since I just bought the truck. Had the truck for over a week, and couldn’t find the electrical problem. Just said that the codes would clear every time they would look at it. Forwarding for someone else. Apparently this is not an isolated experience: Experienced the worst customer service ever at Diesel Powerhouse by one of the owners named Jeff! If he tells you repairs to fix your vehicle are going to be $4000 he expects you to just pay it and don’t ask any questions because he will get really nasty with you if you do. Needless to say lost all future business and will drive our truck over an hour away for repairs.
