Visited this place a few weeks ago and I left there very late with wrong job performed .. I’ve been to a couple of shops in San Antonio and this one was a joke !!! 1. wrong diagnostic on my truck .. telling me I need stuff that I don’t/ not related to my problem 2. Lady at the office was very RUDE and IGNORANT !!!! Only few employees were nice 3. Rip off literally (overpriced labor) and truck broke down within a day and they wouldn’t answer my phone Got it fixed tho in a better shop
Do not use this company they are very unprofessional. Had a call at 0730 saying they were on their way with the part. By 1100 still haven't showed up to do the work. They called another company to come out and do the work. And they didnt tell him what to fix. He called me and I told him what I needed fixed,with in 5 min he was here and starting to work on the air bag. AGAIN DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS. We paid him directly and didn't give a them single dime. And they will be getting a bad review with the BBB.
