They did a great job and kept me informed of progress without me having to track them down. It was a joy interacting with them.
I took my Mercedes 2018 S560 for the B service and after service had some questions about the service. Left multiple messages for a call back from Dennis, but never got a call back. Very disappointing. Did not receive what was done on the vehicle until I called and then received an email with the details which made me curious.
Most of us are able to work on cars for the most DIY parts. A diesel engine sounds and looks like open heart surgery once you pop the hood. My 2014 F250 had a front differential leak and the water pump pulley was knocking. OPEN HEART SURGERY. I had my truck back in 4 days and didn't bat an eye at the price. I was able to finance through them with zero interest also. This is my work truck so a 4 day turn around saved me money all said and done.
Second time in, first time for regular service. Once again it was a pleasant experience. Very friendly and efficient, the shop is clean and I did not feel pressured to do anything extra. I am glad to have found this shop
I brought my truck to Diesel Performance Specialist (3728 Placer Corporate Dr., Rocklin, CA 95765) for a diagnosis, which cost me $399. After inspecting the truck, they told me that 3–4 injectors were bad and recommended replacing all 8 injectors.
