Poor communication
Highly recommend this mob. We did a lot of research and picked this place to tune our 2020 dmax. We only wanted a tune for towing purposes. Drop it off 1 day and picked up the next. After picking the truck up we travelled to Cairns and then to Winton. We found the tune just wasn't what we needed and weren't happy with it. Rang Jet and explained what was happening and what we wanted. He said to bring it back and he'll have a look at it. Intercooler hose split, mechanic said 2 week wait for the part. Called diesel performance & they had the part in stock. When I arrived they had the part on the desk ready for me. Awesome service, very professional & very reasonable pricing ! Cheers guys.
