Ordered parts for next day shipping paid the extra and the wrong part arrived two weeks later when I received the email stating it would be sent from another vendor, I said cancel my order but was told it was too late when I received the wrong part which I never opened I call to return the un opened valve seals after 2 months of waiting for my refund I get half of my money back still waiting for a reply why ...I will never deal with this place again and would not recommend it
Heads up guys and gals. Ordered maintenance kit for diesel farm tractor on 11/02/23 it is 12/01/23 order still not shipped.
Ordered Baldwin oil filters for my Cat 3208s last year and received the product well. Ordered the same item and on their site showed Baldwin. I was sent "no name" filters. I asked to return and was told i had to pay shipping from them to me (the original order) and the return shipping. never shop there, you do not know what you will get and you have to pay for it!
