Unprofessional and sheisty. Called at 10am to get a skid steer hauled 4.5 miles down the road and was told no problem 1.5 hour tops we will be there. 3 hours later and 3 different dispatchers later I was then told it would be another 2 hours! Shouldn’t have had the patience to wait the first three avoid them at all costs.
We broke down on I 95 South near Florence SC on October 3 in our Class A motorhome. Good Sam Premier Road Assistance was a joke- they provided phone numbers of mobile mechanics that could not or would not help. Six terrifying hours of waiting on the shoulder only inches away from the constant stream of traffic whizzing by, we finally found the number for Diesel Man. Had a flat, the tech ruined the seal of the tire he brought, and they’ve had me on the side of the road for 16 hours now. Expectations mismanaged at every point. I hired another company but diesel man took my rim with them 8 hours ago so the other company could not perform. Was told someone would be here by 730am and it’s now 10. Do not —do not— call these knuckleheads.
