I sent my pump to be rebuilt she charged me 700.00 when I put it on it would not start I have since had the engine rebuilt by the machine shop all brand new then after reinstall the pump and had to start it with starting fluid it would not rev up after calling her she had me change a spring in the top of the pump she sent me one after doing what she told me I dicover the problem was the throttle shaft wasn't locked in so this fixed that problem the next thing it had no power again I call her because the governor pin had came... read more
