Today was my first time in and Jeff did an awesome job trimming my beard. As soon as I walked in the door my wife said my beard never looked better than it did today.

Was excited for my husband to get his haircut here. His appointment was for 1pm today; we showed up 10mins before (like the appt. confirmation stated to do) and the doors were locked. A gentleman in the car next to us said he had an appt. at 12:30pm and had been waiting for a half hour for Jeff to show up. We left a few mins after 1pm. Very disappointed. I understand that life happens, but it would have been nice to atleast receive a phone call or email letting us know he was running late.
