Was excited for my husband to get his haircut here. His appointment was for 1pm today; we showed up 10mins before (like the appt. confirmation stated to do) and the doors were locked. A gentleman in the car next to us said he had an appt. at 12:30pm and had been waiting for a half hour for Jeff to show up. We left a few mins after 1pm. Very disappointed. I understand that life happens, but it would have been nice to atleast receive a phone call or email letting us know he was running late.
