I took my vehicle to Diesel Force for what was initially a coolant loss issue. After being told the vehicle was repaired and ready for collection, i paid the invoice and drove away only to immediately notice black smoke and a major lack of power that was not present before the vechile was taken in. I turned around and brought it straight back and asked them what they had done to my car. Had the guys look over a vehicle for me. Extremely friendly and helpful. Will be going back and getting them to do any work on my Ute.

Not saying didn't do a good job.. 🤔 but to not commicate with customer and just go ahead a do what ever you like and then hit them with almost 8k bill .. what do you do... gotta pay it... but id highly recommend some communication with customers in future as there is no way this amount would be OK with us or anyone, and to expect people just have that kind of money sitting around is just out of control ....be cheaper to get another car ... not happy jan... once bitten twice shy ... will never happen again.. very disappointi... read more
