Just dropped my truck off i have had such good reviews for these guys !!
Only place we trust to take our F550 and our F350. Even if he can't have a quick diagnosis he sure tries his best. We had an issue with our truck not starting even though it would run but the code wouldn't stay long enough for his system to collect. He tried diagnosing it for a few weeks he came up with a solution even though it didn't code like that was the problem. Never had a problem since.
We had to make a 2hr drive to the in laws for Christmas and the Excursion had a trans cooler leak so it was undrivable and I needed a specific part asap. I called them last minute at about 4pm, he called me right back and I was able to get the part just in time. WITH A GREAT PRICE. Not only could you tell he was knowledgeable, he was polite, easy to talk to and patient when I was trying to locate my wallet when he was waiting for payment. THANKS GUYS!
Class act. Stand up guys in all regards. Quit reading reviews and do yourself a favor and just give em a call.
Over priced, brakes parts and doesn’t tell you, repairs items that customers doesn’t authorize and wants you to pay for it.
