Purchased their delete kit, was quoted one price, changed a few things (added a full 5"exhaust instead of just the 4" delete pipe) spent all kinds of money to have it all expedited extended warranty the whole works, while doing this I purchased the plug kit or told them I wanted to. It was on the first quote they left it out of the second quote and never sent it. For what I paid for everything it should have been included! Not all the other hidden costs so you are left confused as to what your even getting.
The team at Diesel Dudes has always been helpful with any sort of questions I have and very informative and honest when I bring in my truck for repairs. This is a no BS shop. Will only bring my Diesel hear.
Brought my old 03 6.0 powerstroke in for diagnostics on a minutes notice. I can say these guys went above & beyond to help me out even though they were pretty full. I did not go through with the quote to fix my truck due to my financial situation at the time & immediate need to leave the state BUT the quote was very reasonable and so was the price I paid for their time to look at my truck.
