Customer service is amazing, they helped me out when they didn't need to. Previous products and service have been excellent. Highly recommend.
Bought injectors and injector pump for my TD42 in 2022. 6 months later had rough idle and white smoke on startup, removed injectors had them tested, confirmed all had average spray patterns, with 1 worse than the rest. Have called Diesel Central 4 times, to see if anything can be done, promised a call back by the owner each time. Yet to receive a call. Clearly don’t want to know about the issue. Was trying to purchase some plus 1hdft injectors I called 3 times through out the week each time told I’d get a call back from (Wayne or Shaun)? as they were busy which is fair enough thoughI never did and then on Friday they were both away. The following week they never called back. Ended up paying a decent chunk more and going with ADS, every time I’ve called them I’ve spoken to someone right away and have always been extremely helpful
still waiting on the testing reports and the fuel pump quote
