Says walk-ins yet went there was turned away said she was too booked which is fine I get it but how dose she know every appointment will show up maybe a better way to handle whould have been hey we are pretty booked but I can get you on a wait list if something happens or someone doesn’t show up we will get you in nope just can’t get you in so despite there walk ins welcome advertising you better schedule
I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment (10am) with the "open" light illuminated I open the door, and a woman in the back hollars over "we're not open" before I can even finish telling my toddler we have to leave she let's out a loud sigh and repeats herself. When I say okay we'll just wait out in the cold (38 degrees) she scoffs and says it's not that cold out. Haircuts were performed by another person there and were great, but in the beginning it wasn't a very welcoming experience.
Says open until 8, has open sign on. Closed at 530.
My son is 11 and I have been cutting his hair for years. Nancy was awesome at cutting it the way he wanted and was super kind and friendly. We will be back!
