We found Anthony to be kind and caring. He was able to be a patient listener as I discussed our issue. Then he kindly have us a possible fix over the phone which worked! I would call him again as he was so very knowledgeable.

Definitely recommend! They had the patience and took the time to explain the electrical problem and also help troubleshoot with the Manufacturing Company for warranty purposes.
