RecommendedMatt and Mike were great. They were on time, very polite, "had" to wear the booties in the house even though I said it was okay not to. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
Tech was on time and knowledgeable. Only complaint is Dierolf doesn't place chlorine tablets into system after bulb replacement. Don't know if that is advisable or not but our previous water company did that to ensure no bacteria got into system.
They are quick and efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Working with them is easy.

Mark was extremely helpful during our home buying experience. All our questions were answered easily and quickly. After our purchase, Jake came to explain how to use and maintain all of our equipment. Communication was good and Jake set up reminders to reach out to us when our next service is needed. Both Mark and Jake were professional and courteous. We will definitely be using them for any plumbing or well needs!

Their use of technology to let you know your appt. is scheduled, the tech is on the way, when your appt. is complete and to receive invoices is FANTASTIC! It was nice to be kept in the loop so effortlessly. I never had to wonder if they were there and how it was going. They literally just finished the inspection. I'm sure delivery of the report will be just as fantastic. Thank you! Highly recommend.
After getting the run-around for three weeks from three other plumbers, we received top notch service from Dierolf Plumbing. They listened to our saga and then rearranged their schedule to come out sooner. When the first trip didn't clear the problem, we weren't charged for it, they arrived the next day, used stronger equipment and solved the problem completely. The owner called me the next day to ensure that the problem was resolved. We would definitely recommend Dierolf Plumbing and will be using them again.
