Several years ago I was impressed: I happened to use the DIERBERGS pharmacy randomly (don't remember why) and the pharmacy manager actually took time to write me a card, asking for my business. Such small gestures mean a lot to me, so I stopped using Walgreens and had all my prescriptions filled through Dierbergs. Since Mercy took over, the service has been subpar. The other day I was treated rudely for the last time. I have switched all my prescriptions back to Walgreens. At least they never treated me rudely.
