To whom it may concern: Today, 7/21/25, in the morning, the doctor informed the secretary about the checkout. I had a bad experience with the African-American secretary. I requested documentation of my medications because I was traveling to another country. The document listed my race as African-American and my language as Spanish or castilian. Iam 71 years old and I have never met a more caring physician. Beyond professionalism, he goes out of his way to call at home with advise and responding to all my medical issues. The office personnel has changed and they are wonderful. The negative review from years ago is absurd. This doctor would never have done that. I am extremely happy with the service provided! Dr. Dieguez is a thorough and caring physician. I believe my mother is in very good hands under his care. Not able to speak with office staff directly is a concern.
