Zero star! Waited for almost an hour and was refused to let me in for a reason that my last name(marital name) in the requisition is different than my Medicare Card. Went to my family doctor to get a new one and was told there’s no problem if the last name is different they should have let you in. I will not going back to this blood clinic again.
Severely understaffed and going into the building is incredibly unfriendly. You have nobody to talk to and no directions on where to go. They even put a cord near the door so you don't venture in to ask questions.
Howe provided outstanding customer service during my visit to the blood clinic. They were courteous, efficient, and attentive, and they helped create a calm, respectful experience from start to finish.
I love this place you go early and you dont have to wait so that what I be doing tomarrow and my daughter to . Its go in and out I love it
TERRIBLE! That place was supposedly created to make blood sample collection quicker for people and instead, it has become just like the ER where you wait and wait and wait and the staff takes no accountability by refusing to tell actual wait times to people. People who work and pay taxes to fund those terrible services don’t have time to wait and starve all morning long for a simple blood test!
