The woman at the front door was very rude and went out of her way to be prejudiced to me because I'm transgender, she even tried to change my files in the system to have my birth name instead of my LEGAL name, which I have been using for years!! I'll be filing an official complaint but people need to know this establishment is not safe for transgender individuals. I never got my bloodwork done because I refused to be treated so poorly.
