im helping my father in law with all of his healthcare paperwork. received a bill for 1300 dollars, they simply refused to run the insurance despite them having it on file. took 35 minutes to speak to someone navigating their automated phone calling. sloppy and disorganized.
This Doc seems incompetent. Ordered the wrong kind of test for the suspected medical problem. In two separate cases this Doctor and her staff “read” test results to me without being able to explain what they meant related to my condition/symptoms. They don’t interpret your test results at all. When you call this office or talk to staff, they tell you to log in to the portal and write the Doctor. I recommend you avoid this Doctor.
Dr Kahlon has no compassion. She is not thorough and doesn’t seem like she cares. I feel like she’s the type of doctor that simply just doesn’t believe you and dismisses your concerns. I have now found a wonderful doctor and the difference in care that I get is mind blowing. I also was late to one appointment due to traffic by 10 mins and they told me I was going to not be able To come back if this happens again. Terrible, congested "healthcare" machine that makes getting care nearly impossible with doctors like Kahlon who are willing to let you die rather than simply refill a prescription. It is the McDonald's of healthcare.
