Anyone that needs good honest service for heat pumps etc. give this man a call, if he tells you he will be there at your service he will be there and he even calls back later in the day and the next couple of days to make sure all is still ok. That means more than anything when purchasing a new heating unit, if you don't get good service from the installer you have wasted your money in my opinion. I give this guy a 5 star would give him 10 but it want let me. The Daugherty's and The Taylor's, The Bentley's
I have been a customer of Cozy Fire since 1998... Their service is excellent! I don'tt have enough space to tell about all the times Steve has come to my aid to install or service my fire place my, gas furnace. You name it he is able to provide the best advice service.Thank you Cozy Fire!
July 2010....92 degress...my ac, in the condo, stopped working.....called Airmasters. They were at my condo within 1.5 hours. Determined that my issue was a blown transformer on my heat unit..Had a replacement part on the truck, fixed it in 20 minutes...then went on the roof to check my A/C unit to make sure everything was ok. The price was extremely reasonable....I was so pleased, that i scheduled an appointment for them to come back and replace my entire system...Couldn't have asked for more professionalism form this famil... read more

Notably good service experience. Will use for all my heating and AC needs Mr. Young is very knowledgable about oil heaters and central air conditioner repairs. After several contractors tried to fix my heater with poor results, The Service Dept. LLC found the problem within a few minutes and quoted me a fair price to solve the problem. Our heater has never worked so well! Thanks Mr .Young!
