Positive experience from the moment I arrived until I left. Great communication and service!
Had oil change, tire rotation. That was fine. However, I have a mouse issue in this vehicle, droppings in the cabin filter, under the hood. Diehl made aware prior to bringing in for change. Yes, I was offered a new cabin filter ( I did purchase one offsite) and a spray (disinfectant?). This does not solve a problem. When I looked under the hood, I can see where the mice are chewing on the rubber bushings, too.
Jake and Jacob did an awesome job servicing and repairing my car.
Im a car, and not just any car- Im a Subaru and as far as cars go- I can go farther!! 😝Okay might not be true- BUT if I can it’s because Diehl service- they keep me in tip-top shape. Sometimes I need things- mostly just petrol.. but if I needed anything else I know this is the place that takes care of it so my girl can have the peace of mind so she can enjoy other things- not worried at all how she will get to where she needs to be!!
