Well 1 their website to make appointments are misleading because apparently it shows just the labor price you'll be paying and not labor & parts together. I make an appt for my brake pads & rotors (that they said needed fix when I brought my car in for a recall fix.) And that it would be around $260. I get there and she's telling me it'll be $500 because adding the parts in... why in the world would the website not say the full price?? So misleading. I have always had a great experience until today! How are you going to take my car that has a full bumper to bumper extended warranty, have me sign to pay for a diagnostic and then call me 30 minutes before you close and tell me you have to keep my car and I owe double now because they have to investigate more into what’s wrong???
