Worthless. Cannot get anyone to actually work on a car after three days and having it for a second time. They give excuse after excuse. This was a much better dealership before Diehl took over. Don't buy a car here because you'll never be able to get the warranty work done on it.
BEWARE!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. THEY SOLD ME $1400 JOB ASSUMING IT WOULD FIX THE ISSUE I BROUGHT TO THEM. THEY CALLED ME TO PICKUP CAR DROVE IT 5 MINUTES ISSUE NOT FIXED. ONE WEEK LATER THEY CALL TO TELL ME IT NOW NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION AND THEY’LL DO IT FOR $5000. I ASKED THEM ABOUT THE MONEY I ALREADY SPENT AND THEY SAY BEST COULD DO IT TAKE $500 OFF THE NEW JOB. I HAVE A FAMILY AND THAT $1400 IS CRUCIAL TO OUR WELLBEING. ITS BEEN OVER A MON... read more
