The purchasing side is great, but do NOT get the warranty. Their service side is abysmal. After the sale is made, they’re done. My mom has been waiting 3 weeks for bumper clips? I saw another couple who had the warranty and have been waiting 3 months for their car, which suffered a blown engine. There is absolutely no communication between the shops and dealers.
