Total clown show. I was with Diehl and Company for 20 years. John Diehl was excellent. Highly competent. Highly professional. David Griffiths is the complete opposite. He is not competent and not professional. He has a bizarre laid back mentality that exhibits a complete lack of wanting to meet customer expectations. But he will take your money.
