Haven't bought a vehicle there for 30 yrs because of very bad experience with this stealership. They got me once and ive warned many ppl about their tactics.
I have had the best experience buying a car from Diehl this is my second vehicle I bought from you guys. The first one came from the Robinson store and now Butler. I have no complaints. You have a customer for life and I will take my truck to be serviced at the Robinson store because it is closer to me once again you guys have been great thank you very much.

I was on a trip and just had my tires rotated at my jeep dealer and hour away and the balance was off. I stopped into Diehl jeep to see if they could check them. I was told all the employees were on lunch and they were to busy to help a jeep owner. This was totally unprofessional. I would buy or get service at a place that does not staff or schedule employees. I really feel let down by the jeep family. They showed me the door and offered no solutions. Thanks Diehl Jeep
My husband's car had blown up and we needed one quickly. I had already bought a car from Jay at Diehl of Butler and had a wonderful experience. Once again he got us into a car and the experience was wonderful. The finance manager had already gotten us approved when he thought of a way that he might be able to get us a better deal. It was well worth the wait. I would recommend Diehl of Butler.
