From the moment I reached out and spoke to Jay, the salesman, to the moment we shook hands with the deal finished, everything was positive, smooth and personalized. It was worth the hour and 15 min drive! Hands down will do repeat business there.
Ram service is a joke and incompetant. Wont answer phone or return calls. Had truck i bought off them in for same engine codes under warranty 5 times. Refused to pull codes and check. 1st time jyst did stupid updateds said fixed. Came back on way home. Took back next wk for vodes and oil change. They changed oil reset check engine light with 15 cides said too many to check bring back next wk. Following wk no light but pending codes nothing we can do said. Service manager saud it wasnt there wk before had proof. Light popped ... read more
