It was a very positive experience overall. I could have made it better if I brought my car history with me for my used Mazda purchased earlier this year. All of the staff were patient, pleasant and professional with me as I took the news that I needed a new battery by surprise. They have earned my trust at the DG location. Traveled from out of State to purchase a vehicle from a dealership in Downers Grove. Thanks to Diehl Auto Repair, after paying only $75 for a comprehensive inspection, I confidently walked away from a bad car, and a crooked dealership (Star Auto Works, Inc.). We went in for an oil change. They did their inspection of the engine in the vehicle and told us what soon might need to be done and what should be done now, which there wasn’t much to be done now, but something to look at down the road, which I appreciated that because it was not needed at this time. Thank you.
Brought in my 2004 Toyota Avalon. Needed a transmission flush and refill. Was done in about two hours! Excellent shuttle service by Josh! I’ll be coming back! Thank you fellas!
