Excellent service and quality repairs. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. Most importantly, they were able to schedule my daughter’s car quickly while she was home from college for the summer. I really appreciate their flexibility and would highly recommend them.
Yesterday I took my car to a 15 minute oil change place and was told my one year old battery was dying so I took to Diehl in Downers to see if they could take a look it before I went on a road trip. Diehl was able to squeeze me in even though it sounded like they were going to be busy today which I appreciated. I was in and out pretty quickly as well. this place rebuilt my engine and gave me a four-year parts, labor warranty, and In the eight months that I’ve had it one bearing has gone bad and I took it to them and they replaced it the same day. Kyle was an amazing person to deal with as well as all the workers there are super kind and they work very efficiently and well I was and am very impressed with The quality of their work.
Auto check up, detailed air conditioning leakage check up and troubleshooting. Got all the estimates for each item. Had car servicing with synthetic oil change. Excellent service and experience. Extremely satisfied and happy to have such a great auto service center
