Very dependable
Seem to be working out pretty good until I asked him to get rid of the weeds and he proceeded to spray something, two days later our formally beautiful lawn was dead !! That was about a year-and-a-half ago and it still hasn't grown back, so if you like a nice dead lawn with no grass I highly recommend him, oh he also never turned our key to the back gate... Oh yeah and when I asked him about how he could fix it, he said it wasn't his problem and then left and never even told us, and never came back.
