An amazing medical provider SMART/CARING/KNOWLEDGEABLE. Staff couldn't be any better. Everyone great service awesome. Recommending to all that cross my path and are in need of a great medical provider......
In general Dr. Fiorentino is a great physician, The clerical staff on the other hand is not well at all. He had a great secretary, Ive heard she is no longer their, he has his 90 something year old Dad answer the phone and he can be brutal to talk to sometimes, no bedside manner. Especially when you have a medical question and you get an attitude or made to feel incompetent for asking such a thing, If he could get his office staff in order he would have a great practice.
Worst communication I have ever had with a doctor. He (father?) said my sister would no longer get care because she didn’t update him with her cancer diagnosis. What a mean and horrible human.
