Dr Hidalgo is a professional. He cares and he keeps up with my progress over time. Former doctors I have had have not been that meticulous. His staff is competent and caring. I feel that I can trust them with my well-being. Isn't that the bottom line.
Good experience overall doctor listened nurses were polite and kind. Didn't get a definitive diagnosis but they ran every test I think they could and at least gave me something to try and help unlike the ER
Dont have any complaints about Dr Hidalgo but his staff needs alot of work. Patients who present mistakes that their staff make, are suppressed, threatened with termination(as if that makes sense), and not addressed. Ashley is clueless! I would find another place for your health care needs.
