After an endoscopy and two ordered follow up tests (paid out of pocket) I don't have the courtesy of a follow up appointment or even a direct conversation with the doctor. He had the coordinator call to tell me to follow instructions he'd never even given me. I'm furious.
The melt, very clear with communication.
Communication w patients is excellent. Made me very comfortable. Very short wait time from check in to seeing doctor
