Hired them to do some landscaping, re-grading and 2 patios. Most of it was done well except for the patio. Had them out to review it and they agreed the patio was not done well or to what we agreed. The installers did weird swirls that was not agreed to. They advised they would come up with solutions and that they would ‘hold’ $1600 of our payment until it was resolved and we would get refunded if a resolution was not reached. Diebolt did a fabulous job building a pond/waterfall and a rain garden. The work is beautiful and looks very natural. They were on time and very professional. We would definitely use them again and recomend them highly.
