I’m truly convinced Mary has been a godsend. She has been the perfect trainer to ease me into my weight lifting journey. As someone with next to zero body awareness and experience, she has been both patient and flexible. She can also easily adapt my program to adjust for any of my limitations. I have been training with Kortney for about a month now…& she’s just what I needed to take my fitness journey seriously. I am already seeing tone and definition changes in my body. Shes the best and really listens to what her clients need. Can’t wait to see where I’m at at the end of the year.
