Im ashamed that I even have to give a 1 star just to leave a review. So let's talk about how SHADY this company is. Eric Phillips 2nd shift supervisor, Phillip Carol production manager and Jason Neumann HR all 3 are two headed snacks, liars and shady as they come. I would HIGHLY reconsider not working for this company. Every time I come here, I am in and out. I haven't dealt with any issues with receiving they work pretty fast 20mins max.
Management speak to employees very rudely. If you encounter a problem with an operating machine that causes you to have severe pain and you request to be moved to another machine. They will continue to move you to that same machine that you have been experiencing problems with!! They do not care of the well being of there employees and could care less if a machine is hurting you. Also not to mention management discriminates the Hispanic employees highly. This company is very unprofessional. They do not know how to treat and speak to employees. When a problem arises they are told Human Resources will contact you and they do not.
