Very bad experience when we went the other day to take our four year old daughter that was very sick. In total the wait was over 6 hours. Didn’t see staff members for hours after being taken to a room and when my husband went out to ask politely if they had an idea how long it would be, he got yelled at and spoken to extremely rudely by one of the nurses (yelling that she didn’t have time for him and he was wasting her time among other things). Horrible place, horrible people, rude, could care less about peoples health and safety, will not communicate with your concerns. This place should fire everyone in it and knock down the building. Worst experience in the medal fields I ever had. Sad our taxes pay these people to take horrible car

Unbelievably rude nurse,been waiting here for 7 hours,no doctors has seen yet. politely asked nurse to tell me how long it can take cause we do have to work to live and children has school,extremely rude!!Just freaked out on my face! Rather go to calgary it will probably take the same time! Unprofessional behaviour is absolutely not acceptable!Go somewhere else
