I feel bad for the nurses here as they must have been used and abused - just simply asking how much longer things should take shouldn’t be a snotty / bitchy response.. lol
My husband was in the hospital for 25 days, and the experience we had with this entire team was truly exceptional. The doctor, nurses, care aides, food services staff—every single person we encountered—was incredible. Visited the ER at 11:30 pm Saturday, October 11. I am 5 weeks post emergency cesarean section and had excruciating back pain to the point i couldn’t even walk. Get all the way down to emergency room just for the security guard to make us go all the way back to the main doors to call to check in. By this time im out of the wheelchair laying on the dirty mat in the front door with absolutely no one to help us. Went to the ER after my partner had a health scare - the nursing team and staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable and worked diligently to get us answers and help. Would highly recommend for care. All of their RNs deserve a hug!
