You will have to sit for literally hours to even get put in a room. The wait times at this hospital are absolutely horrible. Literally no one else in the waiting room and you will still wait 6-8 hours to see a doctor. If you are in immediate need of help this is not the hospital to try. Better off driving to calgary or reddeer.
Terrible service!!! I went in with an ear infection. There was one patient being seen and then it was my turn. I waited over 2 hours and noone came by. I left unseen and still suffering with my ear infection. I expect this wait time if I was in Edmonton but not Didsbury.
very slow, staff are hella unfriendly, seem bored & would rather be elsewhere, most the nurses are standing around gossiping or talking about non work related crap. go to olds instead of bothering with this place.
