Poor leadership, aggressive Director, blatant discrimination, deceitful lies, favoritism, termination threats, pay decreases Back in the day had a great Director and cared about company values and staff had long tenures there. Currently, new Director is a joke with less experience than other staff in the field- who just threatens and tells you that u don't have to be there and u can leave.
