i love the way that you are greeted and asked if there is something special you are looking for. I went into the greenhouse and was able to speak to a lady about getting a plant for a mans office that he could not kill,lol. We decided on getting some type of Lilly.I loved every min. of going into the shop.i will shop there as much as i can.i also bought a Fox Love plant to draw in my Humming Birds.
Every year we have made our flower and garden purchases from Didiers and have never been disappointed....selection and price is good, front staff is always helpful, pleasant, and informative. It's disappointing however when you feel as though the management has no time for being bothered by a customer. That says a lot about a 'family business' I'm afraid, and great product isn't going to overcome the feeling I was annoying the management by needing assistance beyond the general staff.
