After selecting a 7AM spot(which is an option on their website), I did not receive my email confirmation with instructions. I texted Didi about that she said it was OK that my time was set, but they opened at 8..so why is there a 7AM option? I took the 8AM appt, showed up at 7:55. We had an appointment scheduled for this past Wednesday at 6. Checked my daughter out of school to take her hair down and wash. Get there no DiDi took forever to respond and basically said her aunt left. Rescheduled for Sunday at 9 and said she would give a discount for the inconvenience. Didi was gentle with my edges !!!!!! Her shop was very clean!!! She was fast and very neat with my knotless braids !!!
