Have traded with them through the years. Recently, I had my mower there for repairs. Picked it up and it had the same problem when I used it next. I took it back and they fixed it on the spot ! Told me that I had a lose bolt. That was upsetting considering I had paid them over 500.00
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! A friend referred us to Dicksons and we are 1st time tractor owners. We only have a small amount of hours on our tractor and have had it in the shop twice. It's suppose to have a 2 year warranty on the tractor but both times we brought the tractor they tell us it's not covered under warrenty and we have to pay out of pocket??? The cost of a clutch kit is 330.00, but Dicksons is giving us a minimum cost estimate of $1500.00- I think we have been taken for a ride by a fast talking sales man who is scamming us... read more
